DEEP FRIED WINGS

You’ll need: Wings, flour, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, baking powder.

Oven baked / Air Fried WINGS

You’ll need: Wings, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, baking powder, vegetable oil.

  • Coat wings with oil and other ingredients. Place in a single layer in air fryer. Air fry for 27 minutes at 350 degree farenheit. Flip wings and air broil for 5 minutes.

    With Sweet Fire, these are the tastiest (and the healthiest) of wings!

The Friendly Slider

You’ll need: Ground beef – 90%, extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, provolone cheese, buns.

  • Mix all except the buns, get the patties – slider size. Put on a hot grill or griddle in the kitchen, flip once. Add cheese on top. Let it melt a little. Toast the buns. You can put butter before or after toasting. Combine all.

You’ll need: Ribeye steak, garlic powder, coarse salt, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil.

  • Rub oil, salt, and spices on either side of steak – keep for 10 minutes. Grill one side for 7 minutes on a 400-degree grill. Flip once, grill for 4 minutes.

  • You’ll need: Large potato, chickenbullions, coarse salt, extra virgin olive oil.Boil washed potato in a pot of water with two chicken bouillons. Remove from heat when tender. Let it cool.Peel potatoes and slice into large chunks. Cook in high heat with extra virgin olive oil until crust form on one side.Flip. Sprinkle salt if needed.Smother with Sweet Fire.

You’ll need: Over and easy eggs (you should know how to cook this), salt, black pepper, and toasted bread. What is your favority bread? Anything works.

The Scrambled Egg

You’ll need: Eggs, milk, butter, salt, black pepper.

  • Mix egg and milk (1 tablespoon per egg) andwhisk like you mean it.Heat a pan, melt butter, pour in the eggmix.Let it sit for a few seconds, then push and fold gently with a spatula — don’t stir like soup. Take it off the heat while it’s still a little glossy. Add salt and pepper.

  • You’ll need: Chicken drumsticks, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, vegetable oil. Wash the drumsticks, remove the skin, and make a few shallow incisions in the meaty part with a sharp knife. Sprinkle a mixture of salt, garlic powder, and black pepper over the drumsticks, then drizzle with vegetable oil and massage the seasoning into the chicken.Air-fry for 27 minutes at 350°F until golden and cooked through.
